Sumario: We describe the case of a 30 years old female with a two month history of respiratory symptoms and malaise. A lymphocytic pleural effusion and proteinuria were documented, tuberculosis and malignancy were ruled out. Biopsy of lymph nodes and pleura confirmed sarcoidosis. Due to non-nephrotic proteinuria with negative serology tests, kidney biopsy was performed, showing secondary membranous glomerulonephritis. Treatment with prednisolone was started.
