Sumario: This article shows a case of a man of 52-years-old with HIV infection, who presents exophytic mass appeared in the soft palate and tongue base. This ultimately led to dysphagia and progressive respiratory difficulty, which had to be managed with tracheostomy and gastrostomy emergency. Pathology reports a tumor, involvement by Kaposi’s sarcoma.
