Under the influence of Managerialism, the work is changing under the action of different management tools. This article present the Device Ethnography as a research strategy that can facilitate the understanding of how these instruments operate locally, participating as devices in action networks which mobilize subjects and organizations, that are mobilized as well. We describe the theoretical foundations, and illustrates the use of this strategy through a case study in the field of primary health care in Chile. |
