This investigation is focused in answering the next question: Which are the management practices that the different areas (administrative staff, academics and professors) have developed, promoting the educational flexibility in the pedagogical scope in the Institution Universitaria Escuela Nacional del Deporte. To do that the objective was established to determine the management practices of the areas that promote the educational flexibility in this institution.
The methodology was based in a qualitative approach. The strategy of Case Study was chosen and was focused in the particularity to understand the management practices and the educational flexibility in the pedagogical scope in the institution, and at the same time it promotes the construction of knowledge at social level, in other words, it gives the experience and knowledge to the topic of educational flexibility.
The document was structured in three chapters: From the Background to the Epistemic Context: It´s a description of the categories that form the theoretical framework. Contextualization of the Case Study: It´s a description of the different areas in the institution. Findings: it shows the evidence of the management practices, developed in the pedagogical scope by the different areas to implement the educational flexibility. |
