Sumario: This proposal of inquiry has to do with school life, with relationships that are experienced daily in the classrooms and spaces of the school, which although usually defined from students and difficulties living, h We were able to recognize the great importance that plays the teacher's role as a generator of these spaces coexistence healthy or ill, we are convinced that a teacher who is recognized as such can positively affect the group in this regard. Pensares are intended to recognize and feelings, teachers against their involvement in school life, as a means of reflection to make each time more consistent these with their daily work. We hope to show the relationship between the role of teachers and coexistence of the student group, to provide spaces for reflection on the cherished goal of achieving a healthy school environment within the classroom and the school in general. Teachers want to flaunt or not, power, and that power enables us mismidades affect our students to recognize the otherness which is to create better relationships.
