Sumario: The consensus criminal justice has been a reality in Colombian criminal procedural regulations, currently is regulated by Title II; Book III of Law 906 of 2004 under the heading "The agreements and negotiations between the prosecutor and the accused or defendant" procedural figure of constant application, which is why this paper focuses on analysis in order to determine their characteristics and the impact generated on the principle of proportionality of punishment and the relationship they have with impunity.
