This research project is part of the Social Evaluation at the stage of project formulation Ronald Rojas Alvarado Specialization in Project Management of Industrial Engineering Program at the University of San Buenaventura Cali. The purpose of this research is to understand through a literature analysis of the different processes that pose the authors to conduct a social assessment in the formulation stage of a project taking into account the implementation of diagnosis, evaluation and formulation through the logical framework , plus a flowchart that allows follow step by step the development of the project and visualize the different relationships in the process, applying the steps determined by the flow chart the development of a real project related to the creation of a tomato farm developed chonto long life in the village La Dolores presenting the results. |
