Sumario: The objective of this project was to identify the variables and coovariables for the financial assessment of a project. Analysis found that financial assessment consists of four variables that are Liquidity Assessment, Evaluation Activity, Assessment and Evaluation of Profitability Indebtedness. These in turn include their respective coovariables. The purpose of this research is to perform a procedure to perform this assessment based on the information collected. It is a descriptive study; a database of digital and physical data was performed; the information was obtained through physical and digital documents. Two instruments to collect, classify and analyze the common information in the literature were designed; finally he proceeded to write degree work with the analysis of the variables and consulted coovariables of financial evaluation. The results show that of the 15 authors consulted on financial assessment 100% say this is formed Liquidity Assessment, Activity, indebtedness and profitability. The procedure outlined in this paper covers any type of project because it evaluates the aspects found in the review of the literature, and not limited to certain types of projects.
