This research work is part of project << implementation of management techniques in areas of project management in organizations >> by Ronald Rojas Alvarado of the Specialization in Integral Project Management of Industrial Engineering Program at the University of San Buenaventura Cali. This research project raises search, collection and analysis of information in the specialized literature, where they were performed comparative with different authors to define the key concepts in developing financial evaluation. The methodology used was a descriptive quantitative approach and was performed through the search specialized databases on the Internet and physical documents; the information was obtained by physical documents and web pages. Then, it was designed a procedure in which a series of activities and formats were defined using 3 groups of financial indicators: liquidity, profitability and debt, which, according to the literature, allow a reliable financial analysis. This procedure was applied to a project called " Desarrollo de un Sistema Agroindustrial Rural Competitivo en una Bioregión del Valle Del Cauca, Occidente" getting a percentage of 71% viability. |
