The purpose of this document was to establish techniques for organizational and administrative assessment during the formulation stage of a project. A quantitative approach was used, reviewing literature and building a theoretical framework. The scope was descriptive, it collects information about techniques for organizational and administrative assessment during the formulation stage of a project. From the literature consulted and after its analysis, a procedure to perform the assessment was built, which applies the selected techniques. This procedure was used for the organizational and administrative assessment during the formulation of the project for production and sales of chonto tomato in La Dolores, municipality of Palmira, Valle del Cauca. |
