This research is part of << Implementation of project management techniques in the areas of project management in organizations >> Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado Specialization in Integral Project Management Industrial Engineering Program at the University of San Buenaventura Cali.
Its purpose is the identification of the different techniques used in time management in the planning stages and monitoring of projects in organizations of Cali-Colombia. The methodology used was a descriptive quantitative approach with a descriptive cross-sectional non-experimental design. The data collection was performed through the generation of a base of physical and digital data consulted literature and through the development and implementation of a survey of people involved in project management in organizations established in the city of Cali. Research identifies the techniques of time used in project management and found that only 8% of companies’ surveyed times planned match them with real-time execution of their projects. |
