This work is part of a research project, which focuses on the techniques used in project management; specifically the acquisition, planning and implementation of projects, at organizations based in Cali, Colombia. This project falls within the specialty of Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado (based at La Universidad de San Buenaventura, Cali) in the department of Industrial Engineering. The purpose of this investigation is to identify and document some tools and techniques used in requisition management, for the phases of project planning and implementation. This work is a descriptive study, which emphasizes the development and evolution of requisition management, based upon a review of the specialist literature. The information used in this work was sourced from specialist data bases and the internet. From this review of the literature, 15 scientific articles from the last six years were selected. They included different guides, standards, methodologies and models of certification such as the guide of good practice (PMBOK), the standard ISO21500, The methodology PRINCE2 and the system of classification IPMA. |
