This portion of the research makes up the part of the project, <<Implementation of managing techniques in the areas of project administration in organizations>>, by Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado who specializes in the Industrial Engineering Project Management Program at San Buenaventura University, Cali, Colombia. The objective of the investigation was to identify the techniques used in the integration of management planning and project segments. Based on a detailed literature review, the most commonly used techniques were identified. Finally, a study was created and applied to help determine which techniques identified earlier, were utilized in the Colombian organizations of Cali. The study was accomplished under a quantitative approach, of a descriptive type, because it was determined that the analyzed tools of support are a necessary parts of the integration management that can be implemented in the planning and project segment stages. |
