Sumario: The study was aimed to analyze the opportunities and challenges that may arise in the field during the execution of a process of psychosocial care, based on the ethical stance of the action without damage which promotes the preliminary analysis of the actions taken out by those involved. This qualitative study was performed with the teams that participated in the PAPSIVI, using as data collection technique conducting focus groups, review of the final reports of each team in the field and access to some audio made at meetings closing process equipment. As this process results in the importance of the role the institutions of the National System of Care and Reparation for Victims (SNARIV) and the role assumed by the professionals that represent the integration of key actors involved in considering highlighted the care process; It also made sense to provide space for the caregiver to care professionals who care activities for victims, as working for the welfare of those working in the field also benefits clients seen. Also they are able to identify some practices that favor the process of psychosocial care and respects the autonomy and dignity of the victims freedom.
