In Colombia the theory of dynamic burden of proof , has it had an incipient regulatory application as
this is regulated by civil legislation, but this is a figure that has been introduced limited to other
legislation manner so as homepage administrative law with the development of the State Council,
then a decision is made on this issue by the Supreme Court in the workplace , to finalize its application
in criminal law where this has been controversial since it puts in opposition constitutional Court and
constitutional way under the theory of living law rights, could give a constitutional interpretation of
this theory in the various legislations. |
