This work intends to give guidance of the basic things you should know an entrepreneur to start a business in the city of Medellin , focused on the compendia for the launch , all steps must follow an entrepreneur to formalize their business , qualities and approaches that should have ; as the desire , positivism , dedication , perseverance , creativity , open mind to change, willingness to continuous improvement , innovation, service skills , customer focus , competitiveness , value added , among many others ; so that the new company can develop successfully and with a good chance of also expanding in this work are disclosed some institutions that support and continuous support during the different processes ; from the pre-incubation , incubation until the creation of the new company , adapting to the needs and possibilities of entrepreneurs. |
