This article aims to analyze the role assumed by the professionals who care for victims of armed conflict in nine municipalities of Cali and Valle del Cauca. I is part of a research project called postures and Prospective in the Psychosocial Approach Victim population from violence by the Armed Conflict in Cali, as well as participation in the Program of Psychosocial Care and Integral Health to Victims Papsivi, executed by the San Buenaventura Cali University and the Faculty of Psychology in 2013-2014.
Through three categories of role analysis required, subjective Role and Role played (Benedito, 2001) a qualitative study, which was based on the literature and document review was conducted, analysis of interviews with psychosocial professionals and study the reports submitted by psychosocial professionals Papsivi besides participant observation at meetings of the same computer program.
The results were characterized by the tension between the institutional demand for the idea of care for victims with psychosocial approach and the ways in which professionals take their chances against action in reality. |
