The main objective of this degree project has been the designing and partial implementation of the System Safety and Health at Work, for a company of Assembly and maintenance electromechanical in the city of Santiago de Cali, Valle del Cauca; with the purpose of establishing evaluation mechanisms, testing and verification of the risks that may interfere in the safety and health of internal and external customer of the company.
The research approaches is quantitative with a descriptive scope non-experimental. The process of the data collection was developed through of checklists, Taking into account the activities and the register that are imposed for the Decree 1072 of 2015, Additionally, it was used the dangers matrix was also used, which is regulated in the GTC 45 for identifying the risks that are present in the company and was made statistical analysis of labor absenteeism based on the NTC 3701. |
