This research project consists in the systematic construction of the Coexistence Manual, through a collective process that starts with the listening, as an axiological component in the Institución Educativa Rural Rosalía Hoyos de Marinilla.
The research was conducted under the methodological approach of qualitative research, allowing to reconstruct the learning generated in the educational community around this experience, that’s looking by the establishment and regulation of the norm, to improve processes at the institution in terms of coexistence.
We conclude without doubt that the educational experience is significant for each of its actors, and to the wider community for many reasons, especially for the appropriation and application of knowledge and the perception that the students, parents and teachers have had towards the Coexistence Manual, which enables recognition and opportunities according to the regulations of the norm, and the help it provides towards coexistence, mainly for the benefit of learners. |
