This research is part of the project: "Implementation of management techniques in the areas of project management in organizations" Professor Ronald Rojas Alvarado Specialization in Integral Project Management Industrial Engineering Program at the University of San Buenaventura Cali. In which you want to establish a tool that serves both academia and industry to obtain successful results in the creation of an own methodology to structure suitably a project area and select an optimal and efficient way the best talent to manage, and talents that will be part of the structuring and implementation of projects of medium and high level of complexity. In this addition it corresponds identify the competencies and skills that should have to be Project Manager; information for development comes from interviews with staff from areas of Human Resources and Experts in project management search indexed database, physical and digital thesis graduate programs and websites. This monograph is written with specific objectives and their respective justification, organized under research methodology relevant information gathered. Subsequently, a detailed history and methods found to establish findings and conclusions analysis will be performed. The results clearly show that the skills obtained product can perform different specialized academic studies while skills are obtained through experience; however, the efficiency, effectiveness and speed in the development of the most important identified in this work depends on patterns of being, behavior, skills, traits and attitudes that enable appropriate developments in this regard. |
