This work is part of the project “Implementation of management techniques in the areas of project management in organizations” which is part of the Integral Project Management Specialization of the Industrial Engineering program at the San Buenaventura de Cali university. The purpose is to create a digital tool that allows to apply a defined survey for the identification of competences and tools used in projects management, which was created by the students of the specialization. The collected information was used to create a data base about topics related with the tools used in projects management. After that the digital tool is proposed and developed so the university can use it as a resource with academic purposes.
The methodology had a quantitative and propositive approach and concludes with the delivery of the proposal of a digital tool that allows to apply the survey in the organizations of interest for the university. |
