The world of work has had a series of changes over time, which has produced new ways to perceive and feel, so it is important to identify the current ways that are built to analyze and understand new relationships subject - employment. This research will be based on a qualitative study with semistructured interviews with five persons occupationally condition moonlighting in the city of Cali in Colombia. He could play some ways that people build interviewed about their jobs; they were gaining new knowledge, the acquisition of goods and services, among others. Work is a social activity full of meaning but is not an end in itself, is an activity that generates senses long as the use is consistent with certain internal aspects of the subject, this is generally perceived as a positive activity that provides certain personal and social gains but also it perceived in some respects, of negative way. |
