Sumario: The present investigations ought to describe the dysfunctional beliefs into two teenage consumers of psychoactive substances (SPA) in the Fundación Sembrando Esperanza, which is a rehabilitation center in the city of Sincelejo, Sucre. For this, the research team designed a semi-structured interview, assuming that qualitative research is cut. The investigation found seven categories of analysis: Drug Schemes of the individual adolescent emotions, automatic thoughts, beliefs intermediate, nuclear Belief and Family Dynamics. The relationship between categories is narrow, are quite interrelated, except for two categories (core belief and family dynamics), with which no association was found. Similarly, differences were found between the perceptions of adolescents regarding psychoactive substances (SPA), taking into account factors such as personality, family, friends and environment. So we can conclude, that dysfunctional beliefs are routed to peer influence also schemes are influenced by emotions and family; in the beliefs described little self was observed to exit the consumer.
