This research, is an appropriate answer to several challenges that the institution has when working with graduates and their contribution in the administrative management; it has as main goal, to analyze the configuration of the administrative management in Liceo Nueva Generacion graduates’ monitoring process related to academic and formative aspects. All this, specifying the administrative management lines applied to the context, that rule the work with graduates; identifying at the same time, the incidence of the school pedagogical proposal in the academic performance, and finally, to propose a strategy for the administrative management progress in the institutional prospective work. |
