In this work, they will find information on the accompaniment that was carried out to the quality area in the company BIMBO Colombia in one of its plants located in the region of Valle del Cauca. They will also know about the activities that were performed as a practitioner attending roles of quality assurance, food safety and quality assistant. An evaluation, analysis and health profile was carried out to provide information on how BPM compliance was found within the plant and some suggestions were provided in order to generate a continuous improvement. |
