Sumario: This paper presents an analysis and design for making an embedded system able to control, supervise and communicate a bakery oven. Two controllers’ designs are shown which are responsible for maintaining the temperature in the furnace to a predefined reference point, using a graphical interface made in “python” programming language. Besides a literature review on design and implementation of a On/Off temperature controller and a temperature control using fuzzy logic is taught. Each of the controllers was subjected to different test and the applications and results are presented in this paper.
