Sumario: In this project preferred by Colombian operating systems are identified, the various aspects for which the people of our country lack constancy in reading, how concerned is Colombia on issues such as lack of interest in reading books, taking into account different governmental references, specialized companies to technological research, among others. A prototype where he will assess whether the method is effective to increase motivation by reading a specific population will be designed. It is an explanatory, qualitative and quantitative research.
