This research seeks to make a revision of the main theoretical conceptualizations of well-being in the labor field and to contrast it with some perceptions of organizational agents located
in different hierarchical levels, it’s started from the semi-structured interviews to investigate the ways of proceeding towards welfare in their work places, giving possible sources of intervention for this phenomenon. To carry out the realization of this processes, there are taken up some constructs from psychology, bases from group and organizational intervention; going through the qualitative approach of the investigation from the explanation, description and understanding of the phenomenon and its multidimensionality. |
