The purpose of this article is to describe the behavior of the main areas where the RSU acting at the University of San Buenaventura Cartagena, not without knowing the terms of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) in order to sequentially address the term of RSU, it is merely that certain policies and terms with ethical, social and philanthropic stripped some reason term. To reach its aims, is taken as an object of research at the University of San Buenaventura sectional Cartagena / Colombia, with a delimitation of time comprise the period 2013-2015 and documents of scientific references, books and electronic media are used, which allow knowledge base and better targeting of the online inquiry, examining the management developed organizational, educational, cognitive and social dependence on the institution for RSU, and also have a great depth descriptive. |
