Sumario: The Occupational safety and health management system for the Taller Industrial Miranda SAS, was partially implemented to fulfill the minimum legal requirements stablish by the decree 1072 of 2015. The implementation process started with a diagnostic of the initial state of OSHMS in compliance with the NTC OHSAS18001:2007, accordingly with the diagnostic’s results a design a subsequent implementation of the OSHMS is done. This research is done as a descriptive revision with a quantitative focus. The main sources used are the minister of labor, containing every normative and requirements for the OSHMS and ARL crucially supportive in such implementation. At the beginning of the research the fulfilment rank facing the OSHMS was of 23% and ended with a fulfillment level of 90%, the implementation emphasis in the design and update of the committees, plans and sub-plans that mandatory by law. In this process limitations were shown manly by the lack of economic resources causing delays in the times initially stablished.
