In order to achieve the objectives set out in the present investigation, it was decided to make use of the battery of instruments for the evaluation of psychosocial risk factors, which was designed by the Ministry of Social Protection in 2010, the result of Diagnosis of psychosocial risks is presented through graphs where each domain and each of the existing dimensions are identified within intralaboral and extra-labor conditions, and domains and dimensions are correlated with the different types of risk, such as the level of High risk, high risk, medium risk, low risk, level without risk or negligible risk, the findings or results are evidenced through graphs represented in circles in order to achieve a better description of the percentages obtained within the diagnosis of the Psychosocial risks presented by the population of Children's Home “Duendecillos”
As a result of the present investigation it was identified that the main psychosocial risks that are in very high risk and high risk levels which are related to the psychosocial risks intralaborales specifically in the items of domain demands of work, control domain on the job specifically In the following dimensions control and autonomy over work and clarity of role, we also find high levels of risk in the Domain item rewards exactly in the dimension rewards derived from the membership of the organization and the work being done. With regard to psychosocial risk factors in the workplace, the following dimensions of housing and its environment, the influence of the out-of-work environment on work and time outside work are identified as being at high and very high risk levels The same level of stress that the population of Children's Home “Duendecillos” handles is within the level of high and very high risk. |
