Research Aligning training programs with innovation processes in pymes in the clothing sector of the Valle del Cauca, concluded that there is not a suitable alignment between training and innovation processes in pymes in clothing sector in Valle del Cauca, which therefore, does not contribute to increasing their competitivensess. Most pymes do not have structured training programs based on strategies for improving their quality and productivity, either technological and organizational projects that support a strategy for developing systemic competitiveness at the regional level. However, they are not far from the actual situation of corporate training in Colombia, which is a widespread trend in both spontaneous and informal training processes. |
