The article presents the evolution of monopoly of knowledge from the Middle Ages, in the Dark Ages to the present day. It also shows the lack of association between the state, the Academy and the company to generate technological and cultural changes in society. The triad conceived transfers of knowledge and technology to the business. It aims to eliminate the barrier of productive development with high efficiency in the innovation system and conditions of cooperation. Findings have been made limiting innovation in the country and occupying places in global competitiveness and innovation index. Through a research documentary evidence of knowledge restriction due to indifference in business against research groups that develop at the Universities of Valle del Cauca. |
