Sumario: In order to identify elements of organizational culture that are crucial for the development and implementation of strategies and creating competitive advantage, it is part of a theoretical framework permitting verification in a company in goods and services industry, the importance of organizational culture when developing and implementing strategies. Each company is different and acts dissimilar way both internally and externally; therefore, the culture is different in each organization and, consequently, there is a variety of components that make up the organization and determine them is complex. For this reason, it requires a thorough investigation to identify these elements.
