This article deals with the investigation of the company Distrilácteos del Valle SA, which is carried out with the purpose of identifying and relating variables such as the organizational culture, the organizational structure, the internal processes, and personnel and incentives, to know how over the years it has managed to survive and prosper in a highly competitive market niche, through the alignment of its strategies and the development of alternative solutions, all within a "just framework" that gradually eliminates the interests of workers, customers, suppliers, creditors and the company as such. This research was developed based on the theories of authors such as Markides (2000), Porter (1985) and Ouchi (1981), among others, and the application of different methodological tools for collecting information and thus reaching the final results. |
