Systemic competitiveness is not an end in itself, but a complex process closely related to the way the context is organized as a whole. This complexity hinders the understanding, formulation and management of policies around it, which is why the objective of this article is to present the results of the research on systemic competitiveness obtained in the application phase of the model in a case concrete, namely, the sugar cluster. These results led to identify the level of application of the model of systemic competitiveness and to glimpse the importance of integrating it at all the levels proposed by the theory: micro, macro, meso, meta, for which a detailed analysis was made about the systemic model and your applications It took as central axis the importance of Asocaña in the development of structures and in the laying-out of strategic alliances that have allowed the development and evolution of both the sector and society and found that the sugar cluster applies different aspects proposed by the systemic competitiveness . However, it requires actions that strengthen an integral vision that allows the proper application of the model, an issue that will be developed in greater detail throughout the article. |
