Sumario: Customer service is considered a strategy that generates a competitive advantage for companies over their competitors. In the present study, the effects of a good or bad physical distribution were pointed out in the case of households and how it influences positively or negatively the corporate image of the organizations. The results show the important role played by logistics as a prolongation of customer service and a determining factor in the loyalty of the end user.
