The article is the result of fieldwork conducted within the research project "Strategic Thinking in micro food production", in which it identified ways, shapes and styles such organizations think strategically and in particular the food sector MSMEs Cali. The result of this phase of work was the study of four business cases, including the Gourmet German Black Forest cake, which is registered in the cognitive school, according to administrative theories analyzed based on the compendium of the ten schools strategic thinking Mintzberg, Ahlstrand and Lampel and the work of authors such as Herbert Simon and experts in organizational theory as James Gary March. |
