This text, as a contribution to reflection, presents an interpretation of Colombian management and researches, from our cultural context, management practices against what Bédard conceives in your document. Highlighted in this paper is that what is most needed in the Colombian case is the development of the self (ethics) and the experience of values (axiology), in a society like ours, something informed and which is evident in the development of “knowledge” (epistemology) from education and the media. |
