Through this paper primarily aims to argue the political influence that was presented regarding the failure of the Colombian Constitutional Court whereby the court reviewed the legislative Act 01 of 2012, also known as Legal Framework for Peace, above, with particular emphasis on international standards of justice. Initially, after the methodological aspects, takes place the conceptualization of international standards of justice. Then the analysis of the adequacy of such standards by Legislative Act 01 of 2012 is made in the judgment C-579 of 2013. Finally, shown a review of the political elements that influenced this decision. |
