The appearance of a post-conflict in the legal horizon initiates the debate on the way at which the efforts of transition should be directed in the Country. In the present research, the international instruments known as standard are explored, and their relation to the principle of full compensation, which appears as a central pillar of transitional justice, is analyzed. Also, is studied the way which can be integrated into national regulations applying the Conventional control established by the Inter-American Court of Human Rights and the consequences derive of that action. |
