Sumario: These lines consider the possibility of a different analysis of Colombian history, beyond the traditional one told by the “Victors” with teleological , theological and theocratic ambitions. It’s about two concepts that can be put in terms of a thesis-antithesis dialectical reasoning, though in any case they rely on the function to overcome reductionist views about ourselves and history: On the one hand, archeology posed by Michel Foucault but on the other hand the deconstruction of Jacques Derrida. The itinerary proposed by Numar through three stages: first, a brief description on Michel Foucault’s Archaeology, starting from “The Archaeology of Knowledge.” Second, Jacques Derrida provides notion about history and its possibility, from the Edmund Husserl’s “Origin of Geometry” and “Cogito and the History of Madness “ present in “Writing and Difference”. Thirdly, an interpretation of the sociopolitical reality and historical “event” that shaped the Constitution 1991 is presented, considering the relationship between the ideas of “violence” and “Constitution”
