The present paper aims to formulate and design a project based on the PMBOK version 5 guide for the interoperability of medical history, case: Christus Sinergia Clínica Palma Real. It has a qualitative research approach and is a type of non-experimental and descriptive study. As first instance, the causes of the problem are identified using the Logical Framework Methodology; As second instance, are designed the start up and planning phases considered in the PMBOK version 5 guide and finally, the proposed design is implemented at the Christus Sinergia Clínica Palma Real, thus contributing to the fulfilment of their corporate strategies, especially in the optimization of resources and continuous improvement of processes. |
