Sumario: The company PERFECTISSIMA COLOMBIA, is a company in the clothing sector dedicated to the manufacture of girdles for the Mexican market. The company provides the garments in the quantity, quality and cost that the point of sale located in Mexico City requests. Thanks to the success in sales and the progressive growth of the same, it has been necessary to evaluate the manufacturing processes, looking for the units that can be manufactured monthly within the current production plant, since the company does not have The minimum records that lead to an effective production planning that guarantees the availability of garments of greater demand at the point of sale. The previous thing taking into account that the Management does not possess technical tools that allow him to project systemically the deliveries that the variations of the market demand. Under this need, the present work of degree is proposed, which aims to know the manufacturing times of each of the garments of greater rotation to standardize the production processes, using tools of industrial engineering such as brainstorming, Vester matrix, analytical cursogram, process diagrams and standard operating procedures.As results of work, it was possible to provide the company with the following tools, process diagrams that indicate the activities by reference, procedures that guide the production process, generate a design of the distribution of the plant to reduce unnecessary movements and establish the standard production times of each reference object of study.
