It is theorized about the problems arising in relation to the principles of "justice and peace " who having fulfilled the maximum penalty provided alternative by law 975/2005, they do not have a sentence to serve as a handle to deprivation of freedom suffered . which could lead to a scenario in which these principles seek an equity compensation by the state, to the jurisdiction of administrative litigation under the title of attribution of malfunction of the administration of justice. |
