Nowadays, life shows contradictions that define the relationships of human beings in fragile and hostile environments, making relevant the paths to personal success, the ideal of progress, well-being and surplus performance, but also towards self-exploitation. The word failure is not conceived. We are scheduled to win in a competitive world. This research aims to show how it manifests among us what Byung-Chul Han calls self-exploitation in the journey that leads to reach the imaginary of success, making it seen as a personal goal of life for a better world, without forgetting that in a very subtle way Society is incorporating seduction towards work, appearing with this, new currents directed towards the welfare and happiness of employees in organizations that are incorporated into each person in the different roles that are assumed. |
