The following is an investigation about how the globalization of communications has been able to impact the identity of the influencers, specifically in the digital influencers, transforming in this way the usual professions, turning social platforms into their work tool and sharing audiovisual contents Their own responding to the demands of the growth of the internet as a means of communication and to the strategies of organizations for the publicity and promotion of products and brands around the competitiveness and differentiation of this new globalized era. The main focus will be on characterizing the current relationship between globalization and identity in the case of digital influencers focusing on the labor field of this new technological generation. We will take into account how this phenomenon generates positive and negative changes in these subjects, viewed from this psychological-organizational field as social agents that have self-awareness, built in their interaction with others, sharing and transforming their behaviors, skills And beliefs in this continuously changing environment.
