In this research work will be known what are the opportunities for small and medium enterprises that represents a significant number of productive force of our country with the free trade agreement signed between Colombia and South Korea.
South Korea is a bridge to enter the great Asian market with more than two billion people, being very attractive for a country like ours that produces a large amount of agricultural products, manufacturing and textiles, which are the sectors where Colombia They have a competitive advantage over other Latin American countries.
A mixed, descriptive methodology was finalized, since the macroeconomic and statistical data of trade relations between South Korea and Colombia and its variables were analyzed. Leaving as conclusion the economic sectors more profitable for SMEs to export their products to a large market such as Asia.
