Currently, companies seek to be more competitive in the current market, trying to improve both inside and outside the company, that is why today companies seek to be better and reduce any process that does not generate value to their processes, it is very important Lean methodology because this became a great help for the company that want to reduce all waste present in their processes.
The implementation of this methodology will help improve the productivity of the company, because the Lean is also supported by the continuous improvement of the productive processes of the companies as well as the final application of the tools.
On the other hand, SMEs must focus on the efforts related to the implementation of Lean Manufacturing with the intention of improving the overall operation of the company and not individualize its application, allowing improvement at any level of the organization, jalone to others towards improvement |
