The objective of this research is to demonstrate the importance of strategic planning in organizations that seek long-term stability; In this case, strategic planning is applied in a SME provider of automotive services, which is called Total Car Center S.A.S. Its main problem is the lack of planning and organization both internally and externally, to help solve it, a general objective was set which is the formulation of the strategic plan of the organization starting from its current situation, to reach this objective, the conditions were diagnosed current business, strategies were proposed and an action plan was developed, finally proposed an organizational
system supporting the strategic plan, after doing this it was concluded that strategic planning is a
fundamental tool for the organization, in In this case it was observed how this allowed to determine the objectives and the strategies for its fulfillment, at the end of this investigation the organization is recommended to put into practice the aforementioned suggestions since they will bring notable benefits in the short and long term. |
